The Firm
We are a reputable law firm which was established in the year 2002 as then Miriti & Company Advocates. In the year 2005, the firm changed its name to Bengi, Miriti & Associates and in the year 2014, the firm rebranded and currently runs under the banner of BMA Advocates LLP.
The firm is headed by two Partners and a team of experienced Advocates, Company Secretaries and other Experts and support staff.
We pride ourselves in listening to our clients and customers unique needs, maintaining high standards of professional integrity and focusing on finding the most realistic and cost effective solutions.

Caroline Omaya, Managing Partner
She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and is an Advocate of the High Court of
